Returns and Exchanges

At cozyauartao, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of yoga materials and resistance bands. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. All returns must be authorized by our customer service team before shipping.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Unused Condition

Items must be unused and in their original condition

Original Packaging

All items must be in original packaging with tags attached

Proof of Purchase

Valid receipt or order confirmation required

No Damage

Items must show no signs of wear, damage, or use

Items that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for return.

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to return your items:

  • Step 1: Contact our customer service team at help@cozyauartao.world or call +64 22 589 2147 to initiate your return
  • Step 2: Provide your order number and reason for return
  • Step 3: Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
  • Step 4: Package items securely in original packaging
  • Step 5: Ship items to the address provided in your return authorization
  • Step 6: Receive confirmation once we process your return

Important: Please do not ship items back without first obtaining a return authorization. Returns sent without authorization may be delayed or refused.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

What to do: Take photos of the damage or defect and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used or opened
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your shipping receipt until your return is processed.

For returns due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
